On November 25, 2025, His Excellency President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. visited the NING*NING 6.55 MWp Solar Rooftop Power Facility at Pasinaya Homes Prime Central in Naic, Cavite. The visit marked a defining moment not only for the Joy~Nostalg Group, but for the Philippines' clean energy future and for every Filipino family whose home is part of this world-first project.

President Marcos Jr. led the inspection of the facility and addressed company representatives, local officials, and members of the Pasinaya Homes Prime Central Homeowners Association. His words captured the significance of what he witnessed.
"Halos dalawang libong tahanan ang kasama sa proyektong ito. Bawat isa sa kanila ay pinagkukunan ng malinis na enerhiya dahil sa mga solar panel na nakalagay sa kani-kanilang mga bubong. Ito po ang kauna-unahang grid-connected, utility-scale solar project sa buong mundo na matatagpuan sa isang socialized housing community."
Recognizing the project's international recognition, he added:
"This project has already won Gold for ESG Integration Excellence and Silver for Sustainable Renewable Energy Initiative of the Year for the Asian Power Awards 2025. Congratulations! You have managed to bring Filipino innovation to the world stage."
The President also called on every sector of Philippine society to be part of the nation's climate response:
"Patuloy tayong kumikilos upang tugunan ang lumalalang epekto ng climate change. Ngunit, alam natin hindi ito kayang aksyunan ng iisang sektor lamang. Kailangan natin ng tulong ng bawat komunidad, bawat pamilya, bawat Pilipino."
He closed with a message of shared hope and commitment:
"Sama-sama po tayong magsikap upang makamit ang isang mas maganda at maliwanag na kinabukasang mamanahin at ipagmamalaki ng ating mga anak."

NING*NING is the world's first utility-grade, grid-connected rooftop solar facility built within a socialized housing community. Developed by Jin~Navitas Solaris Inc. under the Joy~Nostalg Group, the 6.55 MWp facility is installed across the rooftops of 1,986 socialized housing units at Pasinaya Homes Prime Central in Naic, Cavite.
The system feeds electricity directly to the national grid, generating approximately 9,105 MWh of clean energy annually and offsetting an estimated 6,233 metric tons of CO₂ each year, equivalent to planting over 280,000 trees over its lifetime.
Critically, NING*NING achieves all of this without converting a single square inch of agricultural land. By maximizing rooftop space rather than competing with open land, it protects food security while advancing the nation's clean energy goals.
NING*NING has been recognized at the Asian Power Awards 2025 with Gold for ESG Integration Excellence and Silver for Sustainable Renewable Energy Initiative of the Year. It has also received the Social Empowerment Award and Green Leadership Award at the Asia Responsible Enterprise Awards. In 2025, Joy~Nostalg was named a Meaningful Business 100 awardee, a global recognition led by Ernst and Young for leaders delivering scalable, real-world solutions to complex social and environmental challenges.

The presidential visit affirmed NING*NING as more than a renewable energy project. It is a national transformation centerpiece.
NING*NING directly addresses eight of the seventeen United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. It contributes to SDG 1 for No Poverty and SDG 2 for Zero Hunger by conserving agricultural land that would otherwise compete with industrial energy priorities. It advances SDG 7 for Affordable and Clean Energy and SDG 13 for Climate Action through clean, grid-connected power generation. It supports SDG 8 for Decent Work and Economic Growth, SDG 9 for Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure, and SDG 11 for Sustainable Cities and Communities through the housing and community development model it is built upon. And it embodies SDG 17 for Partnerships for the Goals through the multi-stakeholder collaboration that made it possible.
The project was developed through authentic partnerships with the Department of Energy, the Energy Regulatory Commission, the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development, the Home Development Mutual Fund, and the hosting Local Government Units, led by the Province of Cavite. Most importantly, it was built in genuine co-creation with every Pasinaya homeowner, whose rooftops and trust made the entire model possible.
NING*NING is also a winner under the fourth round of the Department of Energy's Green Energy Auction Program, with plans to expand the model across Cavite, Bulacan, and Pampanga, adding 35 MW of clean energy to the national grid.

For the Joy~Nostalg Group, the presence of the President at NING*NING was received with humility and a renewed sense of purpose.
Group Executive Officer Mr. Jacinto C. Ng, Jr. shared the heart of the moment:
"NING*NING is a national transformation centerpiece, demonstrating to the world the excellence of Filipino ingenuity, heroism, and the bayanihan spirit. With its purpose and impact, NING*NING is more than just a renewable energy source. It is a redemptive energy force, restoring hope and possibility within communities."
Jose Alfonso Miras, President and CEO of Jin~Navitas Solaris Inc., reaffirmed the commitment to scale:
"NING*NING shows that clean energy can uplift communities, protect farmland, and restore dignity, all at once. This is development that empowers rather than displaces. This is only the beginning. Our model will expand across Cavite, Bulacan, and Pampanga, adding 35 MW of clean energy under the DOE's Green Energy Auction Program."
At Joy~Nostalg, we are humbly honored for this opportunity to be a true Filipino for the Philippines, stewarding and synergizing our blessings with the preferential option for the poor, aligning our purpose in partnership with government for care of our common home, and fulfilling our mission to home the homeless, power the powerless, and to love the loveleast.

The rooftops of Pasinaya Homes Prime Central have always been more than structures above families. They are proof that progress can be inclusive, that clean energy can restore dignity, and that a Filipino innovation born from the mission to serve the poorest can stand on the world stage.
The visit of His Excellency President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. to NING*NING was not just a recognition of what has been built. It was an affirmation of what is possible when government, community, and private enterprise move together toward a shared future.
Ikaw, ako, tayong lahat, ang NING*NING. Ang liwanag ng ating kinabukasan. Mabuhay ang Pamilyang Pilipino. Mabuhay ang Pilipinas.
