On December 15, 2025, the Joy~Nostalg family gathered for one of the most anticipated nights of the year. The theme was the Joy~Nostalg Cinematic Universe, a celebration that turned the ballroom into a stage where every team member was the main character of their own story.
But beyond the costumes, the red carpet, and the performances, the evening carried something deeper. It was a night to pause, to be grateful, and to honor the people whose commitment, loyalty, and heart make the Joy~Nostalg mission possible every single day.

Before the celebration could begin in full, the Joy~Nostalg family gathered first in prayer.
The evening opened with a Thanksgiving Mass, centering the night on the birth of Jesus Christ and the source of everything Joy~Nostalg strives to be. In a community where faith is not a footnote but a foundation, beginning the night at the altar was not a formality. It was a declaration of where the Joy~Nostalg family draws its strength.
It was a fitting beginning. Joy~Nostalg exists to home the homeless, power the powerless, and love the loveleast. Before the awards, the performances, and the celebrations, the community chose to pause, reflect, and return to the heart of the mission.
Following the Mass, Group Executive Officer Mr. Jacinto C. Ng, Jr. shared a message with the team, reflecting on the year that was and looking ahead to what he called Optimagis 2026, a call for every member of the Joy~Nostalg family to be their best and to do more in the year ahead.

The energy of the evening shifted when the 2025 new hires took the stage for their opening dance presentation.
With a medley that moved through decades of iconic music, the newest members of the Joy~Nostalg family introduced themselves not with a memo or a name tag, but with movement, confidence, and joy. The performance drew cheers from across the ballroom and set the tone for the rest of the night.
It was a moment that said something important about the Joy~Nostalg culture. Here, new members are not quietly absorbed into an organization. They are welcomed into a community, given a stage, and celebrated from day one.

Among the most meaningful moments of the evening was the tribute to the Pioneering Pasinaya Homes Team.
Pasinaya Homes is at the heart of the Joy~Nostalg mission. Through the work of the teams honored that night, tens of thousands of Filipino families across Luzon have been given dignity, shelter, and a place to call home. Pasinaya Homes became one of Pag-IBIG Fund's top developers nationwide, not by accident, but because of the people who believed in the mission long before the milestones arrived.
Each awardee received a commemorative Barong Tagalog designed by Mr. Jacinto C. Ng, Jr. himself, inspired by the Barong he wore at the World Entrepreneur of the Year event in Monaco in June 2025. The award was both personal and symbolic: a garment designed by the leader of the organization, given to the people who helped build it.

The Unity Awards are one of the most significant recognition moments in the Joy~Nostalg calendar. They honor team members whose loyalty and dedication have carried them through decades of service, and whose contribution has quietly shaped everything the organization has become.
This year, the awards recognized milestones of 20, 25, and 30 years of service.
20-Year Awardees recognized this year were Ms. Liza Niedo, Finance Management Head under the Family Management Office; Mr. Dante Feras, Quantity Survey Officer under the Engineering Management Group; Mr. Johnny Iconar III, Chief Sales Officer of Extraordinary Enclaves; and Ms. Belinda Santos, Chief Sales Officer of Extraordinary Enclaves.
25-Year Awardees were Ms. Susan Alcabao, Chief Sales Officer of Everyhome Enclaves; and Ms. Jasmin Paz Trinidad, Business Development Head under the Office of the CEO.
30-Year Awardees were Mr. Arniel Andayon, Quantity Survey Officer under the Engineering Management Group; and Ms. Emma Del Rosario, Billing Management Officer under the Construction Management Unit.
Each awardee was honored with a plaque of appreciation, a Joy~Nostalg pin, and vouchers befitting their milestone. Each also received a surprise tribute video from the people who know them best.
Twenty, twenty-five, and thirty years of service are not small numbers. They are lives given, in significant part, to a shared mission. The Unity Awards exist to make sure that is never taken for granted.

Wonder Woman
With the formal recognitions complete, the evening opened into full celebration.
The Red Carpet Premiere invited team members to arrive in costumes representing their favorite movie era, from the classic elegance of the 1960s to the streaming-generation aesthetic of the 2020s. The ballroom became a parade of decades, with each team member stepping into a character and owning the moment.

Jeprox Got Talent Year 2 brought the competition. Pop Idol, Acoustic Idol, and Rock Idol performers took the stage in a genre showdown judged on vocal quality, stage presence, audience engagement, and overall impact. Jeprox Guts Talent, true to its name, celebrated those who showed up with courage and commitment over technical perfection.

The TSIS Cam segments kept the energy alive between performances, pulling unsuspecting team members into iconic movie moments in real time.

It was joyful, it was loud, and it was exactly what the Joy~Nostalg family deserved after a year of hard work and meaningful progress.
As the night closed with music, dancing, and the after-party hosted by The Purple Soul, the spirit of the evening remained clear.
The Joy~Nostalg Cinematic Universe was not just a theme. It was a mirror. Every team member in that room is part of a story that matters. A story about homes being built, communities being strengthened, and families being given a future they could not have found alone.
The costumes came off. The stage lights went down. But the mission remains.
Here is to Optimagis 2026. Be the best. Do more. Together.
